Hosts can list their charging stations on our platform for a fee, and users can find and use these charging stations via our App.4. Host ResponsibilitiesAs a host, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide about your charging station, and for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.5. User ResponsibilitiesUsers are responsible for all charges incurred for the use of charging stations accessed via our platform, and for compliance with these Terms and any host-specific terms or instructions.6. PaymentFor any features requiring payment, we will bill you through an online billing account for purchases of products and/or services.7. Intellectual PropertyAll content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Earthnet NZ Limited T/A Always Be Charging. Nothing contained on the Site or App should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark displayed on the Site or App without our written permission.8. User ContentYou are solely responsible for the content you upload or submit through our Site or App. You warrant that you have all necessary rights to such content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.9.
